Refund policy

→ Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital files, all sales of digital products are final once the file is delivered. This applies to PDFs, downloads, videos, and any other digital goods. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you waive any right to chargebacks or disputes for delivered items. 

Brand Note: Once a spell leaves the cauldron, it’s yours forever.

→ Physical Products:
Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Claims must be submitted in writing with photographic evidence within 30 calendar days of delivery.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.

• Returns are only processed once the product is received and inspected.

If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion. We do not accept returns for size, color, or buyer’s remorse.
Brand Note: If Mercury’s in retrograde and your package arrives cursed, we’ll still make it right—but the cauldron keeps 25% for its troubles.

 

→ Confession Submissions:
All submissions (spells, stories, confessions) become the property of Coochie Cauldron upon receipt. By submitting, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your submission — including for promotional and commercial purposes — in any media now known or hereafter developed. Submissions may be edited for clarity, length, or legal compliance, and may be used anonymously at our discretion. All submissions are final.
