We want you to enjoy our content and community — this page explains how submissions, rights, and disputes are handled to protect creators and contributors. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, viewing, subscribing, commenting, submitting content, purchasing products, attending events, or otherwise interacting with MPN and CC (collectively, "we", "us", or "MPN/CC"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our platforms.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on MPN and CC platforms — including videos, audio, images, text, designs, logos, music, merchandise, and domains — is the exclusive property of MPN/CC and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

3. User Submissions

By submitting stories, comments, confessions, Ask Amber questions, spells, images, or other materials ("Submissions"), you confirm you own the rights or have permission to submit. Unless you clearly state otherwise at submission, you grant MPN/CC a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, adapt, publish, and distribute your submission in any media. Submissions may be published anonymously or with credit at our discretion.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

All content provided by MPN/CC is for educational, informational, and entertainment purposes only. Nothing is intended as medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. You assume all responsibility for use of our content. MPN/CC is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from:

• Use of or reliance on our content

• Participation in rituals, spiritual practices, or folklore shared by MPN/CC

• Attendance at in-person events or interactions

• Submission of user-generated content

• Third-party links, goods, or services

5. Release for In-Person Interactions

By attending any event or in-person interaction, you agree you do so at your own risk. You release and hold harmless MPN/CC, its owners, affiliates, and representatives from any claims arising from such interactions.

6. Arbitration Agreement & Waiver of Jury Trial

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, our content, services, products, Submissions, or interactions (including in-person) will be resolved by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

• Each party bears its own legal fees unless the arbitrator rules otherwise

7. Waiver of Class Actions

You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity, not as part of any class, collective, or representative action.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MPN/CC, its owners, affiliates, officers, and representatives from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our content, services, or Submissions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law.

10. Severability & Updates

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
